Internationalization Project

This was achieved through the support of a TEM – Temporary Export Manager in the company's foreign sales office.
Specifically, the project involved the use of the specialist service, specifically a TEM, with the final goal of reaching, interacting, and ultimately collaborating with potential clients for the sale of products in foreign countries, through the internal sales office and coordinated local representatives.
This project is developed through the support of a TEM - Temporary Export
Manager in the company's foreign sales office. The activities carried out are:
–shared study and market research;
–adaptation of the information part;
–action on reference territories for the search for agents, collaborators, reporters,
distributors and partners.
The TEM also provided:
– a market analysis and research;
– consultancy support for the identification of potential business partners and for the identification and acquisition of new clients;
– organizational and contractual assistance;
– the development of skills of the company's employees.
The funded expenditure was euro 30,000.00 and the contribution paid was euro 15,000.00.
